Digital River will Exhibit at Macworld Conference & Expo

Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV), a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions, announced that the company will exhibit at the Macworld Conference & Expo. The event takes place Jan. 5 - 9, 2009, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, Calif. Exhibiting in booth #3276 in the North Hall, Digital River will be represented by its business units, MindVision and eSellerate. 

In the booth, eSellerate, a provider of e-commerce solutions for software publishers, will feature its flagship Embedded Webstore (EWS) application. EWS enables publishers to build the features and benefits of a fully customized web store within their applications.
