InComm, a known provider of prepaid transaction processing and electronic point-of-sale (POS) distribution solutions, has announced that Robert Skiba will join InComm's executive management team as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Stored Value, Financial Services and Loyalty Programs reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Brooks Smith.

As InComm's Executive VP and General Manager, Robert will lead the global strategy, development and execution of this explosive market segment in the prepaid industry that grew 90% from 2007 to 2008. Its continued growth and product innovation will be a key focus for Skiba.

"Robert is a respected leader with an intricate understanding of how to deliver financial solutions to retailers and consumers alike," said Smith. "His experience and proven track record will help InComm reach the next level as we continue to lead the prepaid space."

Skiba's experience spans more than 33 years in a variety of industries, including financial services and retail. He recently served as Executive VP at Stored Value Solutions (SVS), where he led and developed the company strategy for Stored Value Card Services.

"I am very excited about the opportunity to join the InComm team and continue building a world class stored value, financial services and loyalty operation," said Skiba. "I am ready to roll up my sleeves and look forward to working with InComm's team of innovative leaders."

Robert earned a Masters of Business Administration degree with an emphasis on finance from Northwestern University in Illinois.
