mobiclear promises to eliminate credit and debit card fraud

mobiclear, Inc., Manila-based owner of the unique, patent pending Personal Identification Verification (PIV) solutions system to help eliminate credit and debit card fraud, announced that its PIV platform has begun testing at regional banks in the Philippines and international banks.

According to Stephen P. Cutler, the company’s CEO, mobiclear expects the tests to be completed soon, followed by signing contracts with the banks for their PIV services. 

"We are pleased that these banks are taking a close look at an efficient, effective way to significantly decrease fraud involving transactions using a credit, debit, ATM or prepaid cards," said Mr. Cutler. "When a card is off, it could be lost, and there is still no way, even with using stolen identification, that the card can be used," added he.
