NBA All-Star 2009 is more accessible to MasterCard users

Customers booking their flights or staying at a hotel have a chance to win a ticket to the 2009 NBA All-Star Game in Phoenix. MasterCard Worldwide introduced two promotions to allow those cardholders who book travel on Southwest Airlines or book a Better Tomorrows(TM) Offer and pay for their stay at Starwood Hotels & Resorts with their MasterCard card to participate in the drawing and win a trip to NBA All-Star 2009.

By booking their air travel with a valid MasterCard debit or credit card on the official website of the Southwest Airlines within the period of December 5 to December 31, 2008 customers automatically subscribe for the raffle. 30 grand prize winners will be selected to win a trip to Phoenix, Arizona, for the 2009 NBA All-Star Game on Feb. 15, 2009, which includes round-trip air transportation on Southwest Airlines, standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations for three nights, two tickets to NBA All-Star Saturday Night, the 2009 NBA All-Star Game, and the 2009 NBA All-Star Game Reception, as well as a $200 MasterCard prepaid gift card and NBA merchandise.

As for customers paying for their stay at a hotel through Starwood's Better Tomorrows(TM) Offer they will also be automatically enrolled for the chance to win a trip to NBA All-Star 2009 or other great NBA prizes if they book their stay within the period of November 17 to December 31, 2008. One grand prize winner will be chosen to experience a four day, three night trip for four persons to Phoenix, Arizona for the 2009 NBA All-Star Game on Feb. 15, 2009, including round-trip coach air transportation, two standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations at a Starwood Hotels & Resorts property, four tickets to NBA All-Star Saturday Night and the 2009 NBA All-Star Game, along with the opportunity to meet a NBA player or Legend.
