Monitise announced rearrangement of the board members
Monday, December 8, 2008, Monitise Plc. made an announcement on the official company web site about the changes in the board that would have immediate effect. A Non-Executive Chairman and an executive director were appointed to the board. Both members were chosen from the company office workers.

The seat of Non-Executive Chairman will be occupied by Duncan McIntyre, previously Executive Chairman. He supervised Monitise's separation from Morse in June 2007 and subsequent Admission and Placing on AIM which was followed by a successful fund raising in July 2008. On a new position of Non-Executive Chairman Duncan will continue to provide guidance and support to Alastair Lukies (CEO) and the executive team.

Lee Cameron will hold the position of an executive director at the board. 37 year old Lee came to the company in 2006 as General Counsel. His responsibilities included the legal, corporate development, human resources and compliance areas of the business. Besides, Lee represents Monitise's interests on the Board of its joint venture with VocaLink, MONILINK Limited, the operator of the UK mobile banking and payments platform being responsible for the protection and prosecution of the group's intellectual property portfolio.
