Digital River, Inc has found a new partner

Digital River, Inc., provider of global e-commerce solutions, has announced today announced that it signed an e-commerce agreement with Eye-Fi Inc., makers of the world's first wireless memory card for digital cameras. Under the signed agreement Digital River will process all North American online sales for Eye-Fi's wireless memory cards and subscriptions to its digital services.

"We are pleased to be working with Eye-Fi as the company takes its products directly to its consumers," said Joel Ronning, Digital River's CEO. "With Digital River's proven track record of success, companies like Eye-Fi have come to rely on us to provide them with an e-commerce solution that increases their speed-to-market, reduces their upfront costs and allows them to grow their online businesses."

Digital River is helping streamline Eye-Fi's online operations with an end-to-end e-commerce solution. The Digital River® solution includes subscription management capabilities and fraud prevention services.

"As we aim to help users easily share and manage their photos, Digital River is enabling our users to get the cards and services they want most," said Jef Holove, CEO for Eye-Fi. "We chose Digital River as our e-commerce provider because of its ability to process our service-based upgrades, such as automatic geotagging or roaming on select hotspot networks, in addition to enabling product sales."
