Heartland Payment Systems Inc. becomes the "Allied Member of the Year"
Delaware Restaurant Association (DRA) has named the Delaware sales organization of Heartland Payment Systems "Allied Member of the Year". Heartland is DRA's authorized provider of card processing services. 
Team Delaware has received this award in recognition of its efforts in increasing awareness of DRA and participation in conducting a survey of local restaurateurs to in order to identify their needs and challenges, which as a result helped DRA to develop new strategies to assist their members. 

Dennis Carpenter, director of association alliances at Heartland said they were very proud of Delaware sales and service professionals, and added that, "Heartland's business is built on a platform of building long-term relationships and providing the best service and solutions to our clients and the communities they serve"

The Delaware Restaurant Association (DRA) is a leading not-for-profit business association of restaurant industry in Delaware. It is engaged in promoting, protecting and improving Delaware's food service industry. This industry includes more than 1900 restaurants, employs a workforce of more than 40,000 people.
