Xpress Bill Pay has got a voice
VeCommerce announced that Xpress Bill Pay has signed a contract with them for providing voice processing to complement Xpress Bill Pay's online payment.

Keith Jenkins, president of Xpress Bill Pay, said they wanted to enhance client services by introducing advanced voice processing technology and, at the same time, maintain the level of already provided security. "VeCommerce fit the bill exactly," he says.

Xpress Bill Pay, headquartered in Lehi, Utah, provides organizations the ability to secure online bill payment systems and a full administrative suite of features for in order to manage their customers' online payments. The information held by Xpress Bill Pay, including that accessed by VeCommerce, will remain securely in encrypted format.

VeCommerce Inc. is the North American subsidiary of VeCommerce Ltd., VeCommerce was formed in 1997. The company assists organizations to deliver unique customer interactions within such a great range of industries as financial services and banking, insurance and health services, state and local governments, wagering and gaming, and ticketing and transportation.
