New mobile billing launched in Europe

Mobile billing services are launched in Norway and Sweden by Dialogue Communications. They are aiming to improve consumers' opportunities to buy products and services over the mobile Internet.
On the one hand, Norway and Sweden are two of the most saturated mobile markets in the world. So they are rather attractive for international online business companies. On the other hand those countries may offer many benefits for the Dialogue Communications and mobile Internet shops.

Dialogue plans to expand its global reach and offering cross network mobile payment services to all vendors selling products and services over the mobile Web in these two Scandinavian countries. And its mobile billing solution is to help to do it. This service is currently available for one-off purchases, and set to extend to subscription services in Q1 2009. 
In order to be improved and modernized and also to get access to growing online solutions market mobile payment solutions are needed to allow mobile payment content sellers to target this department. 
According to the statistics Norway and Sweden have a combined population of 14 million. And it is predicted that mobile penetration will reach about 123 percent by 2010.
