ClairMail announces a new partnership with PNC and an increased adoption

ClairMail, the leader in 2-way mobile phone-based customer interaction, reports that it subscribed a new client for its mobile banking solution. PNC Financial Services Group has expanded its services by integrating with ClairMail's platform. In addition, ClairMail announced that it experiences a continued growth and tremendous adoption with over 12 mobile banking transactions conducted every month per consumer. Moreover, ClairMail customers have seen upwards of 25% adoption by online banking consumers, shattering industry averages.

ClairMail System can be used with any mobile phone that supports text messaging (SMS - short message service) capabilities and thus no new mobile phone software is required. With the ClairMail System's modular design and complete mobile banking services PNC now can provide its customers with convenient access to their accounts through virtually any mobile communications device -- regardless of manufacturer, model, operating system or wireless carrier.

Besides, the application intelligence and delivery mechanism underlying the ClairMail System enables sending numerous security-related alerts to PNC customers, including alerts for when a user ID, password, security question or contact information (e.g. address, telephone, number or e-mail address) is changed. Later, PNC customers will be able to receive additional alerts including those when an overdraft occurs or when a balance falls below a customer-defined amount.
