Fast-growing trend of New Zealand
8 out of 10 New Zealanders prefer banking online on a weekly basis. The results of recent survey conducted by local market research agency Colma Brunton in New Zealand say so.
The research showed that online banking is a fast-growing trend among the country's population. This survey also discovered that internet banking is attractive for all age groups with no visible age divide among generations.

Online banking in New Zealand is mostly used for checking the account balances and obtaining bank statements. Moreover, internet banking becomes the emerging trend because New Zealanders are more likely to pay their electronic bills straight from an online banking account.
However, New Zealanders don't stop using the services suggested by bank branches. Despite their online banking preferences they consider this kind of service very important.

Also the issue of security means a lot. Some New Zealanders are carefully concerned about online banking because of its accessibility. So the high degree of internet penetration in New Zealand means that online banking users don't want to be involved in any kind of tricks online.
Furthermore, fir the purpose of security some New Zealand bank branches install in-house computers which enable bank customers to the bank and perform their inline operations in a secure environment.
