Newly created vacancy at Obopay occupied by a new employee
Leading American mobile payments provider Obopay announced about recently created position of Online Community Manager. The seat will be occupied by Maria de los Angeles, a writer, blogger and active social media user based in Miami.

“Until now, I used my mobile phone to stay in touch with friends through Twitter, Facebook, Qik and of course simple text messaging,” Maria says. “I never thought I could use it to send or receive money, but of course, it’s a no-brainer and a brilliant idea. As a freelancer, I can already see how the service can be useful for me and I’m happy to spread the word online about its practical applications. I’m also excited about getting to know other Obopay users.”

Using Obopay mobile payment service, consumers can instantly get, send and spend money using their mobile handset. Obopay accounts can be managed completely from the mobile handset, allowing users to check balances, request payments from other mobile users and view transaction histories. The service also allows e-commerce sites to accept payments directly from Obopay accounts, eliminating the awkward process of inputting credit card information.
