The data center passes into ownership of FISERV, Inc

Fiserv, Inc. announced that it acquired The Data Center from Compass Bank. This incorporation is considered as leading provider of information technology service to the financial industry. Its services include transaction processing, outsourcing, electronic bill payment and presentment, investment management solutions, business process outsourcing (BPO), software and system solutions. 

According to Mike Young, president of Fiserv Bank and Thrift Division, TDC helps Fiserv to increase its ITI Outsourcing presence in the Texas marketplace. Even though the TDC became the acquisition of Fiserv, Inc. recently with it started more than 20 years ago. It is expected that this direct partnership will strengthen the Fiserv product lines and will help the clients achieve best-in-class results.
