1. First of all please introduce yourself
My name is Anthony Modi and I am the CEO at Guardian Offshore
2. Please tell us about your program, why did you decide to open this program?
Our services have been offered since 2001, investments have always been offline until we decided to offer it worldwide in 2006. Offshore business and investments are the future since so many countries are adopting 'Big Brother' tactics which limits people to freely diversify their funds.
3. Tell us about your team? Who manages funds? How many traders work for your company?
At the moment I have 2 co workers who take care of support and account issue's, I myself mostly take care of attracting new businesses and ways to invest/diversify funds for ourselves and our clients. There is a board of directors who I have to report to on a weekly bases, they make the final decisions on new and running projects. Many services which we offer are done via third party companies in Panama as well as other countries worldwide. We don't have traders working for us, we make money with offshore businesses, investments via Offshore Banks, (temporary) building projects, commission based projects and services.
4. How do you generate profits?
Stated at question 3.
5. How long do you plan to stay online? And what are your plans to make the program sustain longer?
There is no plan to stay online or go offline, we are running our business and we are making reasonable profits. The services we offer will always stay online and the investment plans we have are sustained by that. If something unforeseen may happen the daily percentage may lower, though we have no intention to cancel our investment services at all.
6. What makes your program interesting to investors? And what are your added advantages in comparison to other programs?
We try not to compare our business with others, we are a sole entity trying to build a long lasting relationship with our clients. We have no idea how other investment companies handle their accounts online. If clients wish to diversify their funds this is motivated by us since the future is unpredictable. But we do not and will not compare ourselves with others or try to compete. We have a system which is sustainable and long lasting, we know for a fact our system works and we do not need to have an extra advantage over others to prove ourselves
7. Is your contact data real? Are you a licensed business? If so, where is your company registered?
If you have done some investigation you should have seen that we are registered in Panama since 2001. Our contact data is not presented openly for the simple reason that we don't want ourselves or our clients to be in jeopardy. A lot of countries frown upon offshore related income since they don't receive any income tax on it. Therefore we like to stay "under the radar" and keep our clients data safe.
8. Please, tell us about the nature of your business and your company's
history.
This has pretty much been answered in the above questions.
9. How much experience do you have on financial markets?
I personally have been working for one of the larger banks in Panama for 9 years before I was hired by Guardian Offshore. I was educated in many ways to understand the financial markets, that's why I know for a fact that trading these markets single handed isn't a smart way to do business. We have a very tight relationship with 2 offshore banks and they use traders and annalists to gain profits at foreign exchanges, futures and stocks. Guardian Offshore does not do these kind of trades, we merely invest into these markets via our banks and they handle the accounts.
10. What steps are you taking to secure the funds of your investors and prevent any possible losses that might occur?
We work together with 2 large offshore banks to insure the safety of all funds, of course loss due to an unstable or changing market is never to be foreseen and we can't guarantee that. That's also why we stated that past performance can not be a guarantee for the future.
11. What security features are implemented on your company's website?
Accounts are safe against hacking, 3 attempts to hack an account will block the account until the real owner of the account contacts us. Even if someone succeeds to hack into an account we use transaction passwords, this way it’s never possible to withdraw (stolen) funds.
12. What are your plans for the future?
As things are running now we are satisfied, we have a small group of investors via our online business and that's fine. For us it's not important to attract thousands of new clients at once. It's more important to us to have a tight long lasting relationship with our current investors. If we grow slowly we have more time to diversify and secure all the funds which come in. That keeps everything stable and safe, for us and our clients.
13. Do you have any advice to investors?
Well yes, whatever you do, make sure you diversify. We have learned (sometimes the hard way) that this will sustain a steady income. It's not important to us that you invest at Guardian Offshore or anywhere else, just make sure a company where you decide to invest has a well known reputation.
14. What do you think of eCommerce-Journal?
We have checked your website and all looks very nice. Honestly we have never heard of you but from the moment we started to be active on the Internet we found a lot of investor related websites which we never knew about. We where advised to use so called HYIP monitors to gain trust also, again something we where unfamiliar with. Your website has a nice way of informing people and this is what's most important.
