Citi claims to have no online fraud cases within the latest 12 months

According to the statement of Roy Gori, CEO of Citi Australia, they have minimized online fraud to zero level. Such exciting results were achieved owing to two-factor security system. To enter their accounts clients have to enter a password first and then to answer a predetermined security question such as their favourite colour or street address.

NAB projects to make mobile banking more secure with voice biometrics

National Australia Bank (NAB) is projecting the replacement of SMS pass codes with biometric voice verification to heighten the level of security of its mobile banking customers, according to CIO Magazine, New Zealand.
NAB presented voice biometrics for its telephone banking customers over the summer. Users calling the bank's contact centre can register their voice pattern, which NAB says is harder to steal than a password or PIN, to use as authentication.
