WebMoney payment system has announced launched of the Mastercard PaySpark debit card designed for a quick withdrawals from WME accounts via Mastercard ATMs worldwide. It was added that Mastercard PaySpark is used only for Euros and can be toped up from WME (euro) account within 5 minutes.

To get a card one should have at least WM formal passport. The minimum top up amount is €10. The minimum top up fee is €3, the maximum one is €5.
