Kaspersky unblocks users’ PCs without paying to scareware scammers

Kaspersky Lab has developed an app for the iPhone to allow users to fight blocker programs that restrict the access to PCs and through racketeering require to pay for being unlocked. Kaspersky Deblocker provides users with the code to get rid of the blocking banner without paying any money to cyber criminals. The app can be downloaded from the App Store.

Kaspersky unveils security software for BlackBerry and Android phones

Kaspersky Lab has introduced BlackBerry and Android versions of its security software. The new software has fewer features than the existing versions for Symbian and Windows Mobile, according to the technical data.

Both the Android and BlackBerry versions can remotely block a lost or stolen device and delete its data upon receipt of an SMS (Short Message Service) code.
