Visa Inc. has announced beginning of cooperation with Gap to deliver real-time discounts and promotions to consumers via SMS text messages. Gap customers who opt-in to participate in the service are notified of money-saving discounts or promotions in real-time while shopping.  

Gap Inc, a US apparel brand, opened its online store on China’s largest ecommerce market Taobao this week in a move to achieve savvy Chinese shoppers of a moderate income group.

Gap opened its store on Taobao Mall, in addition to such brands as Adidas AG, Levi Strauss & Co and Japan's Uniqlo, Taobao said in a statement.

Just in time for the holiday shopping season, Coupons.com, the leader in digital coupons, and RetailMeNot.com, the leader in online coupon codes, have teamed to save shoppers millions of dollars by providing their users easy access to each other’s money-saving offers.
