A new study revealed that Facebook is falling in terms of user satisfaction losing thus significant market share to Google+.

American Customers Satisfaction Index (ACSI)/ForeSee Results E-Business Report showed that while Facebook performed well this year compared to the last it still ranked last among all the sites included in the study.

The report author Larry Freed described the Facebook user experience as "poor” saying Facebook has benefitted from "a monopoly of sorts" in the social networking market.

Microsoft has seen an increase in customer satisfaction with its operating system. Windows 7 has proved to be more successful than its predecessor Vista. The American Customer Satisfaction Index showed that Windows 7 brings more satisfaction to PC users today.

"At the beginning of 2007, when Microsoft released Windows Vista, customer satisfaction plunged 4% to an ACSI score of 70, well below the industry average, where it remained for the next three years," reads the ASCI's commentary on the data.

Equation Research made a research which was based on how online consumers face the problems of slow downs during peak seasons.

This gives an idea that each single shopper spends about $1050 in a year, so they expect web sites that provide such services to function efficiently, no matter how many users are making their purchases at the same time.

And when the problem happens, the customers do not want to use one source or another any longer. And those are 59% out of 100. They do not want to have bad experience and accordingly leave it for something better.
