Like other former hyip scam such as SwissCash, ABfund, EAIndex and many others, Cash Link Financial also using a point system which C-Points which members can trade among them. A point system which is virtual, meaningless and valueless. So smart. He takes away your real money cash and in return he gives you points.

Cash Link Financial Background

What is Cash Link Financial and who behinds it? This program runs by a company which incorporated in Republic of Dominica known as Cashlink International Inc and the owner of this company is Robert Sanders. As of June 1st, the membership for this program has been closed. However, people can still join this program via invitation or referral link by the existing members. Another similar scam feature which had been applied by former scam hyip. The announcement shown as below:

 “Hello CashLink Members,

Today I would like to update you with information on our server. We have spoken with our host and they have made the needed repairs to our current server to keep us going until they can complete our custom server. I will update further on this as I receive information.

I have to admit that I am quite impressed with the overall performance of CashLink and we will be taking yet another leap. As of June 1st 2008, CashLinkFinancial will be closed to new members for good. We will not be allowing any more membership after this date. In further effort to keep current members comfortable with support and fast withdraws, we have decided to take this action.

CashLink does not require new members signing up or new money coming in to continue paying out. With the amounts of money we currently have in trade I am at a point to where I am comfortable and confident about the future of our program. From myself and the staff here at CashLink we hope you all enjoy the opportunity we have built for us all.

Regards, Robert Sanders

CashLink International Inc.”

Robert had stressed on the fact that his company is incorporated offshore and he also living offshore. Therefore, he advised members not to worry about his program as it exempt from the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the U.S investment Company Act of 1940 and all other European Union rules, regulations and amendments thereof. However, Robert disallows US citizen to join his program. Those who were found to be US resident will be refunded and their accounts will be closed. Why Robert so scared of being investigated by the US authority or SEC if his program is real and generates real return by real investment?

Jake from asamonitor.com posted on his forum that Robert had sent him a copy of a letter from Robert's trading house. It showed that Robert had been using their brokerage for 11 years and that he had a balance of 3.4 million dollars. So far it looks good but do not be so happy. Let’continue….

How Cash Link Financial generates return

On the homepage there is a summary on how Cashlink International Inc makes profit. On the first paragraph Robert said he made a fortune on gold market. Here what he said:

“CashLink International Inc. participates in many different markets. I have been trading in the active forex market for several years. After learning forex trading I started trading in precious metals such as gold, silver and platinum. Although I had much success in the forex market, the majority of my profits were from buying and selling gold. This year I have made more money than ever projected with the price of gold soaring above $1,000.00 per ounce. When I purchased the gold it was priced just below $600.00 per ounce. At one time, I even explored Peer to Peer loans which could be quite profitable.”

He claimed that he made a whopping of 180% return on gold market. But take a look at the gold chart below:

As shown on the chart, gold price was at $600.00 per ounce somewhere in October 2006 and skyrocketed to $1,000.00 per ounce in March 2008. It took him about 17 months to generate a 180% return from the gold market. So how could he give a 300% return within 15 months?

Next, Robert emphasized about his project of investing in real estate. Here what he said:

“Originally CashLink was developed to only provide income from trades and markets. When George and I discussed the amount of money CashLink was bringing in we decided that there was an incredible opportunity just before our eyes. Why not use CashLink to fund real estate and industrial ventures? Thus bringing to you all our shorter term investment options. We figure that the amount of potential we have here, CashLink gives us more to barter with.”

We made research and found out that the average return for real estate in Republic of Dominica is about 25% per annum.

And again the same question arises, how this program could manage to give a return of 300% within 15 months?

And another logical analysis is that. Average annual return from the stock market is about 10% - 30%. But a well known investor, billionaire and one of the richest man in the world, once commented on Business Week in June 25th, 1999 that he could generate a return of 150%. Here is an extract of what he said:

Well, that’s Warren Buffet. But who is Robert Sanders? Nobody knows who he is. If he could gain return more than Warren Buffet we think Buffet would give his entire investment portfolios to Sanders for him to manage it. From what Buffet said, he claimed that he could generate that much in return per annum during the peak of Dow Jones in 1950. But most of the stock exchanges all around the world are shaking right now. So how this program could give 300% within 15 months?

And another thing is Buffet also claimed that he could generate such return should he has tens millions of dollars. But to join Cashlink Financial you only need to deposit a minimum of $50. So in what investment vehicle Robert is going to invest with a minimum of $50 from every member?

Wake up guys. Don’t you feel tired of being fooled over again and again? Don’t you think what this program has to offer sounds too good to be true. Wake up from you dream and live in a real world.
