Hyip weekly report – a progress on PIPC investigations

May 7, 2008 - 11:19am | author: fairyjadoo | |

Do you still remember back a year ago, a well known scam hyip called Performance Investments Products Corporation or PIPC. PIPC which was run by Chinese in Singapore can be considered as one of the biggest and pioneer scam hyip where millions of dollars have been stolen by this culprit. I found interesting news from PinoyMoneyTalk regarding the development news of financial fraud investigation firm Ferrier Hodgson.

Here is a summary of the news. The hearing date for requesting an examination of ABN Amro which used to be a primary bank for PIPC was set by the Court on May 21, 2008, and if approved, an investigation of PIPC transactions with ABN Amro will be conducted.

An investigation has been conducted towards Tina Tuason’s Standard Chartered Bank Hong Kong and ABN Amro accounts. Tina who used to be an incorporator and executive of PIPC was investigated as substantial amounts have had been transferred to her from both PIPC Standard Chartered Hong Kong and ABN Amro accounts. However, Tina explained that the money was no longer in her accounts and has been withdrawn and used for a variety of purposes for the company operations such as payments to agents and investors. The details of recipients are still being investigated.

Another investigation will be conducted towards the head of PIPC, Michael Liew’s Standard Chartered Bank HK account. The investigation is to compile to where and to whom the money was gone and if possible to recover the money back.

Legal proceeding will continue against three PIPC heads namely Albert Chua, Eric Lee, and Lu Bao Ling and three others. A pre-trial conference was conducted on April 7 and the trial date set from 29th August to 5th September.

I urge you to stay away from a hyip called ugemoney as it has shown various red signs and will vanish anytime soon now. This hyip was launched on March 29th and offers two types of plans which are 20% - 40% daily for 10 days and 500% - 1000% after 15 days.

Everything was running fine and smooth and everybody was happy to receive their payments on this hyip until the nightmare for current existing members of ugemoney began when the admin sent an update on April 17th stated that he was going for a holiday. It seems like the admin has had a nice vacation even before he ran away. That update is below:

"Admin go to holiday to Hawaii for 3 days (friday, saturday and sunday) so admin can't pay you. Admin will be continue pay you again on Monday"

Upon returning back from holiday, the hyip started to become even more trouble as most members have not received their pending withdrawals. The admin tried to cool down the situation by sending an update and giving an excuse about having a problem with the autopayment script which is below:

"Several payment done today. But we have problem with autopayment script. Please email payment@ugemoney.com if you don't get payment today."

Actually, the red or scam signs have arisen on this hyip even before the admin went on holiday, if the members were smart enough to spot it. Previously, the website was running inconsistently online and offline and has had a problem with the domain names two times. Some members had complained that they did not receive payments, but some others who did receive were not bothered as long as they got payments. That time the admin gave an excuse for not paying because he had had a problem with liberty reserve account.

And now most members do not receive any payment at all. To make it even worse, the admin set up a new rule and demanded another extra $10 from members if they want to receive their long pending withdrawals back. I strongly suggest you do not give this scammer anymore money off your pocket. It is just his trick to collect more money before he runs away and ready for more vacations.

Same but not similar situation is happening to an autosurf program called suresurfpro too. Suresurfpro was launched two months ago and offers 10% daily for 14 days that makes up to 140% after 14 days.

Like ugemoney, suresurfpro has shown its red and scam signs when it stopped paying since April 27th. However, unlike ugemoney, the admin of suresurfpro is manipulating and blaming the liberty reserve website problem as an excuse for not paying.

Members of this autosurf are also pissed off with the admin attitude of changing the terms and policies of the program anytime he wants without any consent from the members. At first launched, the admin had implemented daily cash out policy.

However, by the beginning of this month, suddenly the admin introduced a 50 – 50 rule where in order for members to be eligible to request for cash out, they must first redeposit at least 50% of the pending amount. The announcement on the implementation of a 50 – 50 rule is shown below:

“Dear XXX,

We are sorry to say we add 50/50 rules in cashout. Due so many members only deposit once and run away, I just wanna to say the 50/50 rule is added from now on. All pending cashouts must have at least new 50% deposit of withdrawal amount. Sorry for the decision but it's really important for us to keep the site up.

Regard

SSP”

When members complained about this sudden change in policy and the new hassle that the admin has created, the admin sent another update to ask members to keep on supporting the program. This is what the admin has said:

”Please still support us , we only do a little change to keep our site long live. Those who want cashout must have a 50% deposit in advance , please remember to obey our rules to get paid!

Regard

SSP- admin”

That still not enough to calm down the crowd and I believe most members are hesitant to redeposit another 50% of the pending amount into this hyip. They will risk 150% of their pocket money if they are doing so.

And 2-3 days ago, the admin once again caused another reason for members to get mad when he made another drastic and sudden change to the policy of the program. This time he changed the daily cash out request to only three times cashouts within one week. Members are mad especially those who have had requested more than three times in this week were not eligible to request cash out anymore, so they have to wait until next week and when the time comes, their upgrade packages will expire. As a consequence, they have to redeposit at least 50% of the pending amount just to be allowed to request cash outs.

Very smart scam tricks from this scammer. He must be planning all these tricks from the very beginning. Learn all the above scam tricks for your future hyip playing. You should be not only one step but multiple steps ahead of scammers.

Last but not least, there is a post on the e-gold official blog on April 21st stated that e-gold won appeal for hearing on asset seizure in D.C. Circuit. The hearing was in the matter of whether it, Gold & Silver Reserve, Inc., and Directors of both corporations are entitled to a hearing in the Federal district court regarding whether there was sufficient probable cause to justify seizures of assets from the corporations in December 2005 and April 2007s.
