[img_assist|nid=8022|title=|desc=|link=none|align=left|width=94|height=100] Here is a new legal action update of Royal Manchester Five (RMF) scam which was based in the Philippines as we found on PinoyMoneyTalk. The National Bureau of Investigation filed charges last week against eight officers and incorporators of the Royal Manchester Five Ponzi scam, and they are Cyrus Hao, RMF board chair and president; Edwin Rosas, senior vice president; Rowena Uy, treasurer-chief finance officer; Joseph Bualoy, chief operations officer; Joesedev Colina, executive vice president; Cyril Alexander Digo, sales agent; Estrella Digo, sales agent; and Clarence Lao, sales agent. This legal action was taking place after a number of victims of this scam made reports and complaints to the authorities and told about millions of pesos scammed by those who owned and operated this program.
If you still remember, on April 17th we wrote about a scam hyip which had returned over and over again up to three times to scam people again and again. The hyip which we are talking about now is fasthours. And surprisingly, this scam returns again for the forth time on May 27th.
This hyip was first launched on November 6th 2007 and that time it had offered three types of hourly plans which were 37 % hourly for 3 hours, 10 % hourly for 13 hours, and 5.5 % hourly for 22 hours.
On the very next day, this hyip which was supposed to have an instant withdrawal feature, had stopped paying to members. And some members even had difficulty to login into their accounts. The admin had given an excuse that he had a problem with some accounts and upon resolving the problem, all withdrawals would be resumed and instant withdrawals would be recovered. However, the problem was never resolved and the admin even had brought down all the monitors because all of them were showing a not paying status.
For the second time, it was launched on March 7th and had offered bonuses of $3 and up to $100 for every deposit. However, according to the victims of this scam, not only this hyip failed to make payments, they also never received any bonuses. When they requested for withdrawals, they were marked as payments been processed, but players didn’t receive anything in their e-gold accounts.
Then for the third time, fasthours came back with the same plans like when it was launched for the second time and the same fake bonus offer again. And now for the forth time, fasthours offers even crazier and definitely clearer scam looking rate of return plans. There are three of them: 1200% after 24 hours, 12% - 17% hourly for 20 hours, and 1500% - 2500% after 2 days. For sure, this scam will incur the same stop paying problem, the admin will create various excuses, and finally the website vanishes on the spot anytime soon.
Do not get so excited to join this crap hyip which is called The Kron. Even tough it has been running for a year now, there is something important you should know about this hyip. The Kron is currently paying selectively since March of this year, as complained by members.
The Kron which is based and belongs to Germany, claimed to be as a real company called The Kron Inc. On the 'about us' page, there is a brief history about the company made up by the admin:
”The Kron Chamber of Commercial Arbitrage was founded in December 1945 as an offshore loosely affiliated company, for the sole purpose of protecting certain German business interests from invading Russian and Amerikan armies as they advanced on Berlin.
The Kron Chamber of Commercial Arbitrage, was initially set up in December 1945 as a German Offshore interest, for preserving the funds of German businesses, from seizure during the occupation of Germany by the Allies and the Russian forces.”
The brief history sounds so illogical to us. This hyip was launched on May 18th 2007 and offers two types of daily variable low rate of returns plans. The first plan offers 0.5% - 3.3% daily for a life time with a minimum deposit amount of $25 while the second plan offers 2% - 2.4% daily for 240 days with a minimum deposit amount of $5,000. For the second plan, the initial principal will be locked in for 240 days, but we are unsure for how many days the initial principal will be locked in for the first plan.
Since this hyip has been running for quite a long time, no wonder it is having payment problem now as more and more members are having the matured plans and requesting to withdraw and get back their initial principal.
Members of this hyip also complained that the owner of this hyip hired several people to make fake paid posts and positive comments about this program on the major public forums threads. When members saw there were a bunch of forum posts saying that some people got paid, they were puzzled as their withdrawal requests were pending for quite sometimes. Therefore, they believe those posts have been made by fake forum posters and when there were lack of payment received screenshots, they became so sure of their assumption.
I found several updates about a few hyips on InternationalPassiveIncome which seem interesting. There are three different updates for three pension plan sisters which are global pension plan, world pension plan, and private pension plan. For global pension plan, the admin sent an update saying that the program has reached the target number of policies been purchased. However, additional policies are still available to purchase. As for pay outs, the admin still has lots of work to settle first before making pay outs. Good excuses from the admin to delay the pay out process which we believe there is a big possibility the pay out will not happen. The admin keeps delaying the pay outs and yet is still selling the policies. Smart strategies from the admin to scam more money from more people.
For world pension plan, the admin sent an update stating that the stage one and two are now closed to new members as it have reached the target number of policies purchased by people. However, still no update about when the pay out will be made which is the most important now.
And for private pension plan, about 2,000 policies are still up for grabs. However, there is no informative update about this program yet, especially regarding the pay out.
For imperia, limited fund plan, and excel prestige programs, all of them are requesting their members to send identification documents for the verification purposes. Members are required to scan their identification documents and send them via email. However, we would like to warn you to think twice, triple or as many times as you want before sending any identification document in order to prevent identity theft as there is no proof that these programs conduct serious business and are legitimate companies.
