On 20 December, FCP Brencorp (“FCPB”) has taken an 83.3% controlling stake in Oriel Communications Limited following the completion of the transaction approved by shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 30 November 2007.
FCPB’s strategic objective was to transform Oriel Communications into an ASX-listed managed direct investment company that invests in companies operating in the high-growth Asian markets, with an emphasis on China. To represent the company’s new business strategy, Oriel Communications changed its name to FCPB Investments Limited (FCPBI) immediately and its new ASX ticker code appeared as FCP.
In 2004 online payments gateway vendor Oriel Communications Ltd appointed a new CEO, Martijn Hovinga, in an effort to carve a leading share of the emerging Chinese online payments market. OCO aspired to developing China's largest online payment system. Before coming to the company Hovinga was vice president business development at Bibit Global Payment Services, which was acquired by the Royal Bank of Scotland for an estimated 100 million Euros.

Currently the CEO of BilltoBill is Yang Lei. Yang has been working in the BilltoBill’s Shanghai office since January 2005.He is a software and IT specialist with 16 years international experience in engineering, product management and business development.

BilltoBill is a third party payment service provider.
