AsianPay – a different solution for Asians

Account sign up

A customer may open only one account and choose if it will be a Personal or a Business Account.

If you run different businesses you will be allowed to open more
accounts from the members area, each one named to each single business
of yours and with a different email address.

 

The difference between choosing a Personal or a Business Account will influence the next steps of your account management, like Bank Account and Credit Card registrations.

Your primary account is the one you are opening now and your login username will be always the email address you register with AsianPay.

Single accounts email addresses, if added later, will be only to give to your Customers a different support email address for each different business you run.

Member information is checked against the database. Existing entries are not allowed to register again. Users are requested to fill in the form given with true and correct information.

The registration form is usual. You should specify the full information concerning your name, address, telephone, country of living etc. Then you should fill in the e-mail field. Your email will be used as your login for your AsianPay™ account. Your password must be at least 6 characters long, contain only letters and numbers. AsianPay recommends to make your password as unique as possible and strongly encourages you to use a brand new password and not one used for other accounts of yours.

From additional security considerations the system suggests to enter Country Security Password. It is possible in the future you will need to login from a Country different from the one you live and you are registering from. If this happens you will be requested for the Country Security Password.

Security Question. If you forget your password, AsianPay will use the answer you provide to the security question to verify your identity.

Turing Number. The 'Turing Number' is a random number generated from the system; you will see this number in an image displayed on the login page. This is a security measure used to prevent automatic and unauthorized log in from robots, for this reason every login you will be asked for this number.

At the end you are asked to check the box confirming your having learned User Agreement and Privacy Policy showing thus that your decision is conscious. The User Agreement and Privacy Policy are designed to protect and inform you of your rights within the AsianPay™ service.

Under the registration form you will see the description of the computer you logged in from. The information will be presented as per the following fields:

First steps

Account verification

You are unverified when you have just registered an account with AsianPay. 'Unverified' members are not allowed to use AsianPay payment services.

The 'Verified' members are allowed to use all the features of AsianPay payment services but not the Credit Cards.

They can:

• send money to other members
• receive money from other members
• withdraw the AsianPay available balance to a bank account in Singapore or outside Singapore
• add funds using a bank account in Singapore or outside Singapore and egold
• add funds using E-gold
• use the merchant tools
• use AsianPay Auctions
• use AsianPay Prepaid MasterCard®
• receive the commissions, the special bonus and eventually the prize regarding AsianPay's affiliate program
• use Thailand Gold Exchange website
• use The Investors Corner website

In order to upgrade your status follow the easy steps online:

- Log into your account
- click the link 'Verification'
- read carefully the page and prepare the file of the required documents in .pdf or .jpg format
- use the button UPLOAD in the verification page to submit to AsianPay your documents

After AsianPay receives your documents the company will check your documents and will upgrade your account at ''Basic'' or ''Verified'' status in 24 hours.

Regarding the ''Certified'' status after AsianPay receives complete documentation it will inform you about the results of the check-up in 24 hours.

In case of approval, for security reasons, a PIN code will be mailed to you from the post-office.

In order to activate the card this PIN code must be inserted in your account profile.

The mail will be posted to your registered address only.

It can take 2 or 3 weeks for the posted mail to be delivered to your registered address depending on the post office and on the country.

For security reasons files sent to AsianPay via email as attachment will be deleted and not considered for the verification process. You should use the UPLOAD feature. If you have any doubt regarding the documents that AsianPay considers valid or not you need contact AsianPay to require more information, click the link HELP on the top of every page.

Faxes are not accepted and are not considered valid document.

Account access

The system checks the IP address of your connection every time that you login. To avoid unauthorized access to your account if the system detect a change in the IP address it will send automatically an email to your registered email address that will contain 2 codes of 3 digits called 'Guardian PIN codes'.

When you login these codes must be entered together with your email address and password in order to proceed.
The codes have 15 minutes of validity, after that they will expire.

In working order

Funds addition

Log into your account and click the link 'Add Money' on the top menu bar. As it was mentioned above only 'verified' or 'certified' members are allowed to add funds. Read carefully 'Fees Structure' page in order to get updated information.
You can add funds to your AsianPay account via:

• International wire transfer (outside Singapore)
• ATM
• Direct Bank deposit
• Egold

International wire transfer

Select the option international wire transfer from the scroll down box, insert the amount then confirm.
You will receive from AsianPay a confirmation email with the data of the company’s bank account, you have then to go to your bank and provide to AsianPay the transfer. When you have done, you should send to AsianPay a copy of your bank receipt.

AsianPay will approve the transaction and credit your AsianPay balance as soon as the transaction is cleared. It can take 3, 5 or 7 business days in case of an international wire transfer depending on countries and on bank policies.

Bank account

You can use a 'checking' or a 'saving' account with AsianPay.

ATM


If you have a bank account in Thailand or Singapore you can use your ATM card to deposit money into your AsianPay account.

Login into your account then click the link 'Add Money' and select the ATM deposit option from the scroll down box, insert the amount and confirm.

You will receive from AsianPay a confirmation email with the data of the company’s bank account, you have then to look for an ATM machine and provide to AsianPay the ATM deposit within 24h.

When you have done, you should send to AsianPay a copy of your ATM slip in order to help AsianPay and speed up the process. AsianPay will approve the transaction and credit your AsianPay balance as soon as the company receives the slip.

The requested deposits that will not be fulfilled within 24h will be deleted.

Funds withdrawal

Login, click the link 'Withdraw Money' on the top menu bar, select from the scroll down box the withdraw method, your bank account, insert the amount required then confirm.

Domestic withdrawals within Singapore will be processed as 'Next Business Day'. International wire will be processed in 3 to 7 business days.

Do not forget to consider the 'Bank Time' that it is not under the control of the company. The international wire transfers are usually cleared by the banks within 3 days. This will depend on countries and bank policies.

Business days are considered Monday to Friday.

Egold and other e-currency

Once you have opened an AsianPay account and has provided the necessary
requested documents to be verified or certified, you may be able to buy
and sell EGold and EBullion currencies via ThailandGoldExchange that
belongs to the company.

If you want to SELL Egold or E-bullion just follow this easy procedure:

• visit Thailand Gold Exchange
• login using the same procedure and password or code that you use in AsianPay website
• click the link SELL
• insert the amount, select Egold or E-bullion and your E-currency account
• select your bank account from which you would like to receive the payment or select your AsianPay account if you wish to receive the funds in AsianPay
• after you will confirm you will be redirected to your E-bullion or Egold account in order to complete the payment

AsianPay will process the wire transfer or the domestic deposit or the transfer into your AsianPay account the next business day.

You will be allowed to use only a registered bank account and a registered e-currency account.

To Buy Gold follow this easy procedure:

• Click on "Buy Gold"
• Insert the amount, select between your Digital Gold Currency accounts, select from which method you will provide the payment to purchase, then confirm
• If you are buying E-bullion choose between E-bullion Gold or E-bullion USD
• If the chosen payment method is AsianPay Payments you will be redirected to AsianPay Payments system to process your payments
• You will receive from AsianPay a confirmation email where you will find the company’s bank data in order to provide to AsianPay the payment if the chosen method is a Bank Deposit

When buying Gold, the customer's Digital Gold Currency account will be credited as soon as AsianPay receives confirmation from its bank that the money is available and accordingly to the fees displayed in the page "Exchange Fees" page.

Merchant tools

In order to use merchant tools on your website your AsianPay account must be at least 'Verified' and your website must be approved and listed as 'Authentic Merchant'.

It is easy and free to be approved and listed as 'Authentic Merchant'

Just click ''Merchant Tools'' inside the framed box ''History and Tools'' and start the process.

You will be required to insert the data and the logo of your website. In 24 hours AsianPay will check your website and you will receive a confirmation email.

After the approval you will be able to implement AsianPay payments in your pages using any of the tools offered:

• Single Buy Now Button
• Subscriptions Button
• Donations Buttons
• Third Parties Shopping Cart Button or our built in Shopping Cart System

Click the link 'Merchant Tools' inside the box 'History and Tools', scroll down the page and select the kind of the button you need, click the link 'create your button', insert the required data inside the fields and confirm.
The system will automatically generate your code, grab the html code and past it in your website.
AsianPay Logo must be displayed on the index page of your website.

AsianPay.biz
