eBay offers up to $500 reward for buying items with PayPal
eBay Inc. has announced the launch of a "beta" test version of eBay Bucks, as a part of its customer-retention move. 

The program offers a 2% rewards on certain items they buy through the site using PayPal. The rewards are given as quarterly gift certificates, which users can use for buying more items on eBay within 30 days. 

eBay randomly selects buyers to enroll for the program. 

Participants have an opportunity to earn as much as $200 in eBay Bucks per item and up to $500 per quarter.  
It is also known that most of the items will be included into the program. However, real estate and many eBay Motors items will be ineligible. 

Moreover, eBay is using coupons and discounts system with the same aim.
