Payvision and Plug’n Pay step up to meet Spanish community
Payvision, one of the leading international payment solutions providers for the card-not-present marketplace, announced today it has joined forces with Plug‘n Pay to offer Spanish speaking countries around the world the ability to access Payvision’s comprehensive suite of multi-currency and domestic global acquiring services.

Iris Wireless, a leading global provider of high impact mobile messaging and commerce products, recently approached Payvision for multi-currency processing for its international prepaid top-up service, DirectRecharge. DirectRecharge taps into the $300 billion global remittance market, redirecting funds into the telco sector via the Internet at more than 35,000 retail agent locations in the U.S.

Immediately, Payvision looked to Plug’n Pay to assist in putting together a high-quality product. This is the first time Plug’n Pay has provided such service in Spanish. Plug'n Pay translated their standard payment page to read in Spanish, allowing Spanish-speaking customers to easily complete their sales. As a result of this partnership, merchants worldwide who have Spanish-speaking customers can now add Payvision’s outstanding multi-currency options to their network.

“We are delighted to expand our payment solutions to one of the largest sectors of the international consumer community,” says Rudolf Booker, CEO of Payvision. “Payment processing globalization is more than just offering consumers the ability to buy in their respective currencies. It also requires the facilitation of the customer’s own language to enhance their experience as well as improve the transaction process.”

"We have always supported the expansion of our payment gateway on an international basis and the multi-lingual payment option is an important addition to that growth," says David Price, President of Plug'n Pay.

“We are very pleased with the addition of Payvision benefits to our DirectRecharge service. The partnership with Payvision gives us the ability to execute transactions quickly in the native language and currencies of our customers,” says Charles Drexler, Vice President Global Sales and Marketing of Iris Wireless.
