Our discussion on EPAY payment system that is ad notam assigned as epayarea.com can go on further. We conducted a modest test of the system and here is our experience as usual. However, in view of multiple functions possible with EPAY platform we are not to detail everything, though we will try to at least mention most of them.
We open an account by clicking on the sign up button that is available in two places on the site: one in the center, and another one under the login area.

The registration procedure is simple and fast. You create an account name and a password, fill in the personal information form and specify your email address. After the account is created your email address will be used as your username to log into the personal profile along with your password. The system automatically generates an account number for you.
For those visiting the EPAY area for the first time and in case they are absolutely unaware of how to use the options there is a very nice and useful Tour service that you can find in the central part near the Open Account function.

When you find yourself in the Online Area, as EPAY designers call your member profile, you are dazzled with numerous functions featuring the account. This is certainly a positive aspect with EPAY services that allows us partially confirm that the company in fact provides a comprehensive pack of benefits to its consumers.
Among the options presented in the account area there are:
• Funding account
• Funds withdrawal
• Transfers
• SMS services
• Email services
• Invoice (though we think that there is no need to isolate this section, it would nicely integrate with the previous one)
• Cards
• Conversion
• Affiliate program
• Digital signature
Taking into account that almost every option has sub-menu options we get a quite big quantity of various functions which will require more time and space to describe them all. We will focus on most relevant ones.
First of al we are interested with the funding and withdrawal sections. EPAY provides two options to fund your account and only one option to withdraw your money out of it. Thus, you can enter funds into EPAY account by a credit card or via bank transfer. Both methods are not instant. The money are funded to your account the day when the transfer is received.
A user that selects to fund his/her account with the credit or debit card will be required to pass through the due diligence procedure. You will have to provide copies of your passport or other government issued ID and proof of address (utility or other bill). We should acknowledge the system really cares about the security of your transactions, at least it tries to eliminate any possible fraud with the stolen card details.
Having passed the due diligence procedure and received a confirmation we can freely use our credit card to load funds into our EPAY account. Thus, we:
• Choose the currency
• Input the amount
• Input the Last Four Digit of cardnumber
• Input the CardHolder FirstName
• Input the CardHolder Name
• Input the Email-ID
• Press Send
After pressing "Submit", credit card instructions will be sent to your registered email address. The amount of transfer[img_assist|nid=11016|title=|desc=|link=none|align=right|width=542|height=640] should be the one you see in -Amount with fee- box and should be net of credit card fees.
When you choose to fund your account via bank transfer you should:
• Specify the currency
• Enter the amount
• Press Submit button
Then as it was the case with the credit card you will be sent an email with the detailed instructions.
The procedure of withdrawal is similar to the funding via bank transfer. You need to:
• Specify the currency
• Enter the amount
• Press Submit button
An email is sent to you and you follow the instructions attached there.
Let us review the Transfers section which is in turn divided into such sub-sections as single transfer, recurrent transfer, multiple transfers and mass transfers. We will touch upon the first one.
You use Single transfer option when you need to transfer funds form your EPAY account to any single beneficiary or EPAY account. You should follow these steps:

• Input the beneficiary registered email or EPAY account number
• Input the amount to be transferred

• Click on Transfer.
The transfer is instant.
Two more options we would like to cover in our article are email services and SMS services, but that doesn’t mean we will look into all the sub-menu options, only few of them.
Apart from standard mobile banking features like SMS balance checking, mobile payments and an ordinary SMS message you are offered to avail of such unique functions as drawing and paying SMS invoice.
